I have been a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for over 20 years, guiding others as they navigate life’s challenges. I enjoy working with people from all walks of life, supporting you in building stronger relationships and healthier boundaries, fostering better self-awareness, and overcoming obstacles. My approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based techniques, with a focus on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, seen, and understood.

I rely on science-backed frameworks such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and the work of Dr. Ross Greene using Collaborative & Proactive Solutions (CPS).

Outside of work, I’m an avid advocate of the Great Outdoors, enjoying everything from hiking to the beauty of a sunset (sunrises happen too early to enjoy). I frequent bookstores and libraries, always eager to explore a good read. At home, Maya, our Golden Retriever, keeps me from sitting too long in one spot. Together, we are working on becoming a registered Pet Partners team. She loves meeting new people and is especially drawn to anyone who is stressed out or upset.
